RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on rabkazone.pk (the "Platform"), operated by RABKAZONE (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED ("RABKAZONE", "we", "us", or "our"), Pakistan. By placing an order on the Platform, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Return Eligibility

1.1 You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the conditions below.

1.2 To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

•       Unused, unworn, and in its original condition;

•       In its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact;

•       Accompanied by the original invoice/order confirmation.

1.3 Returns will not be accepted for products that are used, damaged due to misuse, or missing original packaging, except where the product itself was defective or incorrect at the time of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories of products are not eligible for return or exchange, unless received damaged or defective:

•       Perishable goods and items that deteriorate quickly;

•       Personal care, cosmetics, or intimate-wear items, once opened or unsealed;

•       Custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order products;

•       Digital products, gift cards, or downloadable items;

•       Items explicitly marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" on the product page.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

3.1 If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos/video of the product and packaging.

3.2 In such cases, we will arrange a free replacement, exchange, or a full refund, at your preference and subject to stock availability.

4. How to Request a Return

4.1 To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@rabkazone.pk with your order number and reason for return.

4.2 Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange pickup of the item through our courier partner, or advise you on how to send the item back to us.

4.3 Please ensure the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit. RABKAZONE is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit due to improper packaging.

5. Refund Process

5.1 Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5.2 If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

5.3 Refunds will be issued using the same method used for the original payment:

•       Cash on Delivery orders: refunded via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash to the details you provide;

•       Online/card/wallet payments: refunded to the original payment method or account used.

5.4 Where the return is due to a change of mind rather than a defect, original delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable, and reverse shipping charges may be deducted from your refund, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

6. Exchanges

6.1 If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, colour, or variant, please contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6.2 If the desired variant is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit instead.

7. Order Cancellations

7.1 Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as they have not yet been shipped/dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order to request a cancellation.

7.2 Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return as per Section 1 upon delivery.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

8.1 If you have not received a refund within the timeframe stated in Section 5, please first check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

8.2 If you still have not received your refund after a reasonable time, please contact us at support@rabkazone.pk and we will look into it.

9. Governing Law

This Return & Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Pakistan, including applicable consumer protection laws. Any disputes arising in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
