CANCELLATION POLICY

This Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed on rabkazone.pk (the "Platform"), operated by RABKAZONE (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED ("RABKAZONE", "we", "us", or "our"), Pakistan. By placing an order on the Platform, you agree to the cancellation terms set out below.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

1.1 You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse or fulfilment partner.

1.2 To cancel an order, please contact our support team at support@rabkazone.pk with your order number as soon as possible, or use the "Cancel Order" option in your account, where available.

1.3 Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to our courier partner, it can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, you may refuse delivery or request a return once the item is received, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

1.4 Custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation once production or sourcing has begun. This will be indicated on the relevant product page where applicable.

2. Cancellation by RABKAZONE

We reserve the right to cancel an order, in whole or in part, in the following circumstances:

•       The product ordered is out of stock or no longer available;

•       There is an error in the price or product description listed on the Platform;

•       We are unable to verify your payment or delivery information;

•       Your delivery address falls outside the areas serviced by our courier partners;

•       We suspect the order to be fraudulent, unauthorised, or in violation of our Terms of Service;

•       Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. force majeure events) prevent order fulfilment.

In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and, where payment has already been made, process a full refund in accordance with Section 4 below.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

3.1 For COD orders, no payment is charged until delivery, so cancellation before dispatch does not require a refund.

3.2 Repeated cancellations or refusal of COD orders at the doorstep may result in restrictions on placing future COD orders on your account, at our discretion.

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

4.1 If payment was made online (via card, wallet, or bank transfer) for an order that is cancelled before dispatch, we will process a full refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4.2 If an order is cancelled by RABKAZONE after dispatch has already occurred, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, after the item is returned to us.

5. Partial Cancellations

5.1 If your order contains multiple items, you may request cancellation of specific items, provided those items have not yet been dispatched.

5.2 Shipping charges may be adjusted accordingly if a partial cancellation affects any free-shipping threshold that applied to the original order.

6. Governing Law

This Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
