1. Return & Refund Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or not as described
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • You have a valid order number and proof of purchase (invoice or confirmation email)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products marked as Final Sale
  • Personal care or hygiene items
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
  • Digital goods, subscriptions, or gift cards

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@rabkazone.pk or call us at 03390097303
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting images (if damaged/defective)
  3. Our support team will guide you with the return instructions

Important:

  • The customer is responsible for returning the product via a reliable courier service like TCS or Leopards
  • Return delivery charges will be borne by the customer
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid loss of returned items

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified via email or phone regarding the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or store credit (based on your preference)

5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the item and place a new order.
