1. Return & Refund Eligibility
You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is defective, damaged, or not as described
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached
- You have a valid order number and proof of purchase (invoice or confirmation email)
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Products marked as Final Sale
- Personal care or hygiene items
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
- Digital goods, subscriptions, or gift cards
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting images (if damaged/defective)
- Our support team will guide you with the return instructions
Important:
- The customer is responsible for returning the product via a reliable courier service like TCS or Leopards
- Return delivery charges will be borne by the customer
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid loss of returned items
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You will be notified via email or phone regarding the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method or store credit (based on your preference)

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the item and place a new order.
